The third bedroom is located downstairs (outside steps only) and is a complete apartment! It also has a choice of twins or king bed, and features a cute kitchen with breakfast bar and a cozy sitting room complete with TV. Large glass doors accent lovely water views and covered patio.

There are lots of decks with furnishings including dining table with umbrella and lounge chairs. Other amenities include Central A/C, library, VHF, phone, outside shower, great kitchen equipment from dishwasher and microwave to coffee pot and blender. Entertainment includes a variety of board games, cd-players, satellite T.V. in living room with DVD & VCR, satellite T.V. in the master bedroom and downstairs suite. Wireless internet access is available through oii.net.
